You have a high degree of awareness, making it necessary for you to be more responsible than those around you because you can “see” more.
• Time and energy seem to be scarce. This can affect performance, efficiency, innovation, quality of life, and business success. Like many entrepreneurs and executives under the constant challenge of finding enough time and energy, you sometimes barely keep your head above water, much less have the luxury of strategically guiding your business and life to greater and greater levels of success.
• Personal growth and happiness can take a back seat to business- Work demands often trump personal life demands precisely because you need work to even afford a personal life. A vicious circle occurs that is hard to break free from. This can lead to burnout, a lack of meaning, dissatisfaction in personal relationships, identity crisis, illness, and complaints from your family and friends that they never see you or want more of you.
• Spirituality is MIA - This is an often overlooked but crucial area. Your spirituality can be both a guiding light and point of orientation in your life. While rarely talked about, your spiritual center informs the expression of your purpose and the decisions you make day-to-day. Integrating spirituality seamlessly into the rest of your world is not only possible, but necessary and adds meaning and richness to all experiences.
